Take a look at the size chart of the product you want. Grab a tape measure, write down the measurements, and compare them with our size chart for the right size.

Hold the tape horizontally to measure (depending on the product):

• Chest, around the widest part
• Waist, around the narrowest part
• Hips, around the widest part

Hold the tape vertically to measure

• Sleeve, from the shoulder to the wrist
